We will not go where no one has gone before. We will look where no one has looked before. This will require the technology to place large telescopes in space. At some point, we will move on to arrays of telescopes in space, maybe on the Moon, since it has no atmosphere to ruin the view.

Ive read that NASA actually gets these inagime without color or a distorted color (something about light waves traveling through space different than when passing out atmosphere) and then color corrects to make them more natural.
