Explanation of how ratings are calculated and what they mean:

The score in each column is divided by a slash(/). The value before the slash is the rating and the value after the slash is the ordinal position of that rating with respect to the other teams.
The rating in the WinLoss column is based upon winning and losing and who you played.
The rating in the PtDiff column is based upon margin of victory and who you played.
The rating in the Combined column is an average of WinLoss and PtDiff.
The last value is Strength of Schedule (SOS) is based upon average opponent strength in both WinLoss and PtDiff.
Teams are listed in order based upon their rating in the combined rating.
